Hi :: I am a little curious: is the high desire to get youth to vote in 
2004 politically motivated (i.e. partisan, as youth tend, as a block, to 
vote democrat) or part of broad-based initiative i.e. "doesn't matter who 
you vote for, just vote!"  I know some "get out the vote" efforts in the 
past (i.e. "rock the vote") have been blatantly partisan (run by 
democratic insiders).
