[YL] Activities to engage community youths in HIV/AIDS program

Hi Great Minds,
African Children Renaissance Project (ACRP) is lucky  to be selected amongst other notable organizations working on Adolescent Reproductive Health &HIV/AIDS by the Lagos State AIDS Control Agency (LSACA)for a capacity building training of LSACA's over 450 organization members under the World Bank supported HIV/AIDS program development credit Number 3556UNI.
Following this, a call for proposal was made. ACRP intends to re-posit itself and share the experience staff members got from the training to its immediate community.
You guys out there are great resource base in terms of creativity, can anyone suggest some SMART project ideas or activities to jump-start an effective community response to HIV/AIDS program? OR Does anyone know of any organization with a unique novel programs to engage Community Based Organizations in Adolescence Reproductive Health & HIV/AIDS programs.Our target groups includeCommunity Based organizations, in &out of school youths, orphans,street children PTAs etc.
