UTEC, a youth organization in Lowell, MA, is looking for a Video Production Coordinator to teach out-of-school youth (ages 16-23) while also helping to start a new youth-run video production business. This position (approx. 20 hrs/wk, $15-18/hr) focuses on instructing all aspects of video production (camerawork/lighting/editing, etc.). Candidates must have strong interest in working with youth. Utilizing video as a tool for social change is a major aspect of this position as well. The personal development/growth of these youth is our defining measure of success so all candidates should have a strong interest in working with teens in various capacities beyond teaching video production.
