Hi – what are you teaching; academics, technology or youth development, etc.? All have evaluation measures of student improvement.  Student evaluation is the best measure of success.  Other than that what are you looking for? Student engagement, teacher engagement, number of volunteers, classroom management style; there are a million assessment tools. Is this an after school program? Linda
