The Youth Empowerment Program is a program that works with youthful offenders to get their GEDs and then eventually, a job or into secondary education.   Our instructors use the Basic Skills Methodology (attached), which is a special technique of working with the students on an individual basis to meet their academic needs.  We treat our classroom as if it were a workplace to teach our students critical work-place skills/etiquette.
