Hi Nancy: Does your graduate school offer a mechanism that you can use?
We here at U of WA use a system created by the techies here - Catalyst -
that allows us to do surveys et al. I use this for survey work I do in
research and in course queries. Survey monkey - which you have used to
post your survey, may be best as it is rather universal in its use and
