I would be more than glad to assist you. First you need to explain to the young adults that the work force is very unpredictable. You have to focus and know that you are tahe right person for a particular job. Have the other students grade each other on professional performance. Deal with their personalities so that when they do enter the work force they will be mature and ready for professionalism.Our young adults have many issues that they carry around with them day to day and its disturbing to their young minds if they don't have an outlet. Have them each do an assignment with a specified time frame and this will also prepare them. Last but not least ask each and every one of them why do the want to work and that information alone can guide you into meeting their personal needs.
