[YL] Website Buidling Help

Hello all,
   I am currently trying to create two websites, both of
them for youth organizations. One is for a girl's
empowerment organization and the other one is an umbrella
organization that deals mainly with afterschool programs.
The organizations are college organizations and small time
but still very important. I have only a little experience
with web design and am having trouble finding a good route
to creating these sites. It is important that they get done
this summer and they also need to well done, interactive,
and easy to navigate. I'm posting on here in hopes that
there is someone who can create a site for me or point me to
a helpful place- I'm currently pretty lost.
