fyi: CiviCRM, which is a pretty powerful central database works with
Joomla (www.civicrm.org). CiviCRM can handle all your contact records,
track donations, accept online donations via paypal, and with the
optional CiviMail, can send enewsletters to your constituents.

If installing a content management system is a challenge for you,
CiviCRM is also works within CivicSpace (www.civicspace.org) a free
download to power your website, manage your online community, accept
online donations and send mass email. CivicSpace is *slightly* easier to
install than Joomla + CiviCRM and you get similar functionality.
