 Hello-
We hire youth assistants.? We pay them for one day a week, although often they are happy to be in 4-5 days a week helping the teachers.? They are recommended by the teachers.

Subject: [YL] teen peer leaders

hi all

We at egleston ymca are wanting to keep some eyes on the computer lab early
in the morning.
There is a teen that always seems to be in the lab early mornings, and we
think he would be a good person for a teen peer leader position.

Does anyone else have peer leaders?
How do you do it with and/or without money?
How did you approach it?
What suggestions do you have for making it work?

thanks.
matt
