[YL] Website to find youth programs and services

Are there examples of websites like this for people who are looking  
to connect with other programs, for example pen pals, artistic  
collaboration, learning exchange, etc? I ask because I run the global  
peace tiles project (http://www.peacetiles.net) which, while running  
programs here in Vermont, is primarily global in focus.
