Hello. I would appreciate it if you could disseminate this through the
listserve.

Pa'lante is a Spanish-language youth media program based in Carrboro and
Chapel Hill, NC. Our youth produce Spanish-language media, such as a radio
program, that inform the community and express their voices. 

Over our five years of operation, we have taken our youth on overnight trips
for journalism, team-building and leadership development purposes,and are
attempting to clarify our insurance options for future trips. We are
surveying what other youth programs do regarding insurance. I would
appreciate it if you could answer a few questions.

Do you have insurance specifically for your organization's youth programs?
Could you describe any overnight trips with your youth?
How are your trips insured? 
Would you be willing to provide us with a copy of a waiver that you use for
trips (we already have one, but we want to compare it with other groups'
waivers.)?
